Job Description

As a Supervisor, you are second in command, the right-hand man (or woman!) and a leader of all Front of House staff. You are essential to a smoothly running restaurant and always willing to lend a helping hand to the Front House Manager.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 Years of previous FOH management experience an asset
  • College level or Diploma holder in the field of hospitality an asset
  • Solid verbal & written English skills
  • A big beautiful and bold smile!
  • Ability to work positively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Holds effective time management, task management and communication skills
  • Team player who communicates well
  • Hard working and punctual
  • Loves to eat & passionate about food!
  • A people person inside & out!
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong leadership skills & able to make critical decisions
