Job Description
- Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of menu items in order to make suggestions, and promote certain menu items
- Manage guest complaints and take appropriate action to ensure their satisfaction
- Have an outgoing and friendly personality and a passion for providing a sincere and genuine connection with your guests
- Arrive at work well-groomed for every shift and in immaculate and proper work attire.
- Responsible for cash handling and money transactions Use the POS System Effectively and Correctly
